哈明虎,男,回族,1963年11月生,河北肃宁人,哈尔滨工业大学数学系基础数学专业毕业,研究生学历,博士学位,哈尔滨建筑大学一般力学博士后,哈尔滨工业大学管理科学与工程博士后,中共党员,教授,博士生导师,“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,省管优秀专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。河北省第十三届人民代表大会常务委员会委员、民族侨务外事委员会副主任委员,兼任中国工业与应用数学学会常务理事、中国系统工程学会模糊数学与模糊系统委员会副理事长、中国运筹学会不确定系统分会副理事长、河北省工业与应用数学学会理事长、国际学术期刊《Journal of Uncertainty Analysis and Applications》创刊主编、《模糊系统与数学》编委。目前主要研究领域为:统计学习理论与支持向量机、算子理论、不确定信息处理与决策、水资源优化与管理等。
